At UGKS Tours, we strive to deliver the best travel experiences with clear and transparent policies. By confirming your booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Deposit Payments
- A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- All deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they cover administrative, coordination, and reservation costs.
2. Client Cancellations
- Once the deposit has been paid, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason.
- We encourage clients to consider travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected cancellations.
3. Unused Services
No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused services, including:
- Missed tours or transfers
- Late arrivals or early departures
- Failure to depart as scheduled
4. Tour Conditions
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience, all clients agree to the following:
- Behavior: Respectful conduct toward fellow travelers, guides, and local communities is expected at all times. UGKS Tours reserves the right to remove disruptive clients from the tour without compensation.
- Punctuality: Guests must adhere to the tour schedule. Late arrivals may result in missed activities with no refunds.
- Health & Safety: Clients should ensure they are physically fit to participate in activities. Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.
- Passports & Visas: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents are valid and up to date.
- Special Requests: Dietary requirements or mobility assistance should be communicated at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate, availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. Amendments & Changes
- Requests for changes to booking dates, times, or services must be submitted in advance.
- All amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Force Majeure Events
UGKS Tours will not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or service changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Health emergencies
- Government regulations or travel restrictions
In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule services. However, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, cancellations, or travel disruptions.
8. Liability
UGKS Tours acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, attractions, and other service providers. While we take every care in selecting trusted partners, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, accident, damage, or delay caused by third-party providers.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
