1. Deposit Payments
- A deposit is required to secure your booking.
- All deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they are used to cover administrative and reservation costs.
2. Client Cancellations
- If a cancellation is made after the deposit has been paid, no refund will be issued.
- This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. Unused Services
- No refund or partial refund will be granted for any unused services, such as missed tours, late arrivals, early departures, or failure to depart as scheduled.
4. Amendments & Changes
- Requests for changes to booking dates, times, or services must be made in advance.
- All amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Force Majeure Events
- UGKS Tours is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies, or government restrictions). In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule services, but refunds will not be guaranteed.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may affect their travel plans.
